Last night I was prompted by my mentor to ask the question before sleep: Where do I begin? Well, the long and the short of it, I found myself at the home of my dance aerobics teacher from the early 90′s being offered a hugely large plate of colasally sized eggs fresh from the farm. What was I to do with thise huge eggs? Cook them up? Huh? I had trepidations about holding them for fear of dropping these hard-on-the outside, yet soft-on-the inside creations, these offspring. Inside of me grew an intense feeling of protection and awe. Eggs, union and wholeness, fertility and offspring. I didn’t want to see the albumin, the yoke, neither did I want to put them back into incubation. I just gave thanks as a gift to me to see my wholeness and creativity in this process of living. This is the teacher who planted the seed for dancing, which I took up 22 years later with fervor and delight.
Allow yourself your creative process. My motivation to work with you is dance, which helps me to be present and fluid with you. Bodywork will help you get in touch with your purpose, your motivations, so that you will be able to do what you want and need to. Perhaps your purpose is to spend more time with your kids in a more peaceful way, without as much pain or anxiety.
My clients simultaneously become empowered in their lives as their bodywork process develops, as they notice limiting patterns and replace them with new ones.
What is your purpose in life? Your motivation? What would it be like to have a plate of colasally sized eggs served to you? What would you do with them?
I often read yuor web blog and always find that it’s fascinating. Thought it was time i inform you of , Cultivate the best work
